sudo touch /forcefsck sudo reboot
XD
Unarpalleled accuracy, unequivocal clarity, and undeniable importance!
John, Interesting post and all the more so when you take into account your post of a few days ago on the semselas multichannel experience. Call centers are still such an important part of the service mix and this does a great job of illustrating just how much can be saved by resolving more Tier 2 & 3 issues over the phone. We encounter many businesses who incorporate real-time connectivity and analytics into their call centers to increase their customer centricity this is yet another great justification for increasing call-center service capabilities!
